• Modern Rhyming Slang for 'greek'. After the name of the dish which is left-over cabbage and potato fried up (usually for breakfast). A popular term for a person of Greek origin during the 80's. Usually shortened, i.e. "I'm sure Dave once told me he's dad was a bubble".
